The Process
Initial Contact
Received an offer in the mail? Give us a call to discuss any questions you have. Otherwise, sign and send the offer back by email, text, or good old-fashioned mail.
If you did not receive an offer, send us the details of your property and we will evaluate it and give you an offer.
Title Process & Closing
The purchase agreement will be directed to one of our trusted title companies, well-versed in the local county and area where the property is situated. This title company will oversee the transaction by furnishing the title commitment and organizing all necessary closing documents. As standard practice, we cover all closing costs unless stated otherwise, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free completion of the transaction while keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
Receive Your Funds
Once the Closing is finalized, the title company will promptly disburse your funds through your preferred method, be it wire transfer or check, available for either pickup or mail delivery.
The entire process takes about 3-5 weeks from start to finish.
